3. Vulnerability Identification
A structured matrix scores your physical grounds, operating procedures, and current security posture against each threat, so weaknesses are measured rather than guessed.
4. Mitigation Plan
You receive practical, prioritized recommendations, which may include:
- Access control upgrades
- Security technology (cameras, sensors, communications)
- Staff training (situational awareness, trauma care, active threat response)
- Emergency Action Plan development and drills
- Protective staffing, including covert armed agents where warranted
5. Executive Report
A professional, confidential report with risk ratings, threat matrices, findings, and a phased implementation roadmap. It is written for decision makers and stands up to board, insurer, and legal review.
